Overall Rationale: Mostly results based. Rewarding P4 wins more than cupcake wins. Will be extremely volatile week-to-week until about halfway through the season when we can get a feel for how consistently good teams are.

22 Ohio State Buckeyes I don't like moving them down this much after a 1 point home loss to my #1 team, but a loss is still a loss and they have plenty of opportunities to get big wins and move back up.
23 North Dakota State Bison They probably would have been the G6 autobid for the past 15 years if they were in FBS.
24 Missouri Tigers Rivalry win.
25 Texas Tech Red Raiders Still not beating teams by as much as you'd like.
