Overall Rationale: It's Week 2. There's overreactions. Don't get your panties in a bunch because we have a total of two data points. Texas didn't look great until the fourth quarter, but they still have the best win and LSU still has the second best win, so they're 1 and 2. Everything else is relatively arbitrary because, well, only two data points.

I'm also still petty and refuse to recognize a Michigan win over Western Michigan.
