Georgia started off the year by beating App State by 21 and then knocking off Notre Dame in South Bend by 1. That's a top 25 road win, which is more than most teams have on their resumes at this point.├é┬á

I promise this isn't me trying to bolster up UGA - you can look at my last two polls, I'm not really into that. This is a testament to the extreme dearth of good wins from this point forward, not me trying to be a homer. Plus, Appalachian State should be a decent team.

I want to have Notre Dame ranked too, but there's just a bevy of teams that deserve to be in that 18-25 range. But Georgia looked damn good to me. Maybe Kirby can get them over the hump.
