Reasoning: The back-to-back defending champs enjoyed a much needed bye week. With other top teams sweating it out, an injury laden UGA was able to rest. It should be interesting to see how they perform down the stretch with Bower's being out for at least 4-6 weeks. UGA's depth and coaching should insulate them from this unfortunate loss and is the reason why I have them no. 2 in the country. However, similar to Michigan, they are coming up to the toughest three game stretch of their season against Missouri, Ole Miss, and Tennessee.

I'm still refusing to remove Georgia from top 4 because I do think being an undefeated defending champ has to count for something. Still, they haven't really had a convincing win against a great opponent yet, and they're coming off a bye weel as well so I don't see any reason to bump them higher.

Not much to say for UGA. They'll probs win the SEC...they'll probs go undefeated. In a traditional AP Poll they should be the #1 team in the country....butttttttt in my rankings they clearly have the weakest resume of any P5 unbeaten. Like, congrats you smoked Kentucky.
