Overall Rationale: Alright, what a weekend in CFB this turned out to be. First off Ohio State taking control of Pennie’s State and they dropped outside the Top 10. Then Alabama find themselves back in the Top 10 by beating Tennessee, and North Carolina taking a hit against Virginia dropping them 10 spots to #18. Duke losing to Top 5 Florida State wasn’t as detrimental, but USC taking a hit against Utah was where they might not make the playoffs at the rate the defense is holding. But lastly we welcome James Madison onto the Top 25, even though it’s sucks they won’t play in a bowl game. We’re getting close to the November stretch where one game might make or break a teams playoff hopes like Iowa did this past weekend due to an inept offense and that took them out of the rankings.
