Didn't change from Pre-Season. If they beat Texas A&M, the only chance they have at another loss is South Carolina to end the season and the ACCCG if it's Miami/Vtech...even then not much chance of either of those games. If they lose it'll be because they didn't show up. So I don't see much of a chance its not them or Bama at top 2. |

Clemson took care of business against Furman, with both QBs (True Freshman Trevor Lawrence and returning starting Kelly Bryant) seeing time. Behind a nasty defense and efficient offense, Clemson is the clear favorite to win the ACC for a fourth straight year. |

Clemson should face a stiffer test against A&M, but I still expect them to cruise next week. In week one it's good enough to not make errors. |

Clemson had a tiny bit of QB trouble, but they have so much great talent, I'm not sure how much it even matters. |

Loaded D-line and weak Florida schools means that Clemson should have no problem winning the conference. The only trouble here is deciding between the QB that got them to the playoffs last year or someone who might be even better. |

Clemson was my preseason No. 1 pick because of their coaching experience, level of talent, and a doable schedule to go to the playoffs. However, due to Alabama having a much stronger win, they decreased to No. 2. If Clemson blows out Texas A&M away next week, they should ride back to being No. 1. |

Clemson played FCS Furman, and as expected, tore them up 48-7. A lot of players on the 2 deep were able to get minutes in a warm up for a trip to College Station to face Texas A&M next week. Freshman QB Trevor Lawrence, who may potentially usurp incumbent Kelly Bryant as the starting QB, made his debut and threw for 3 TDs, 60% completion rate, and a team high 137 yards.  |

I don't like teams playing FCS cupcakes, and that includes my team. Still, Clemson also looked just as good as advertised, and they have the track record for me to give them the benefit of the doubt. |

They're here until proven otherwise. That d-line is nasty. If the offense continues to develop they're a serious contender. Really curious how they handle the Texas A&M Fightin' Jimbos.  |

Didn't blank Furman, but absolutely showed they had stamina all game. It really looked like they held back a bit. Furman also scored in garbage time to ruin the shutout. |
