Maladroit44 20 On the one hand, Wake Forest's best win got substantially worse this week, as Louisville turned around and dropped to 2-3 against NC State. On the other hand, the Deacons' only loss to Miami is increasingly "good" (insofar as a loss can be), their close win over Purdue looks a little less embarrassing, and most importantly, they dismantled Stanford 57-3 behind a stellar day from Gio Lopez (265 passing yards and 2 passing TDs, 88 rushing yards and 3 rushing TDs). I'm still in on them.

Bank_Gothic 21 Wake is great! I've wanted to rank them since the close loss to Miami and the wins over Louisville (close, but Louisville's not bad) and Stanford (murdered 'em) give me confidence that Wake Forest is a top-25 team.

ArlyntheAwesome 13 Now THIS is ridiculous, don't even think they were in the top 30 last week but I've got them 13th. Their only loss is to my #2 team, and they've taken care of business against all of their other opponents that I have to respect them. I honestly hope they're legit cause the world where MissSt and Wake are conference contenders is a world I wanna live in.

_THE__BOULDER_ 21 Wake has been looking good out there, with their only loss being a not terrible loss to Miami. This week contained a beatdown over Stanford who, admittedly, is not great, but Wake's SOR is 17th according to ESPN and their SOS is 29th, so I think Wake firmly deserves to be ranked at this time.
