Overall Rationale: Looked at the records and opponents of each team. I value a close ("quality") loss more than other people might. For example, LSU blowing out McNeese doesn't move the needle much, but Northwestern playing Indiana close is better in my eyes. Of course that example also hinges on Indiana being good. I don't know what to do with the SEC 1-loss teams.
