Overall Rationale: Not a crazy amount of changes, upcoming weeks will change that though. Florida/Iowa/MSU losing caused a lot of teams on byes to rise. I am high on Alabama, Texas Tech, Tennessee, Wake Forest, and Northwestern. I am low on Notre Dame, BYU, Florida, Iowa, Nebraska, Kentucky, and USC.
