bretticus33	24	Wake Forest looked good against VMI and it was nice to see their offense score without Hartman. However, Wake still suffers in the ranking because of the absence of Hartman. When/If he comes back, Wake should move back up the rankings assuming they aren't losing.

PSUMediaPA	19	They won against an FCS opponent. Similar to other teams that played FCS opponents I couldn't judge their games the same as the FBS teams that played FBS teams. I moved them back, however, they have a few games coming down the pike that might make me re-evaluate.
