Overall Rationale: I tended to value quality of opponent in Week 1 over preseason expectations (not that those didn't factor) in compiling these rankings. As a result, FSU and Oregon State are ranked and NC State and Iowa fell out despite winning due to lackluster performances against lesser opponents.
