T-Thugs | 4 | I didn't expect Colorado to be any good, but Shader and Hunter looked legit and CU came away from TCU with a nice season opening win. |
70stang | 6 | Colorado is the first of the 1-0 teams on the list. Any P5 team who has beaten another P5 team will receive the heaviest weight, even more so if they won at their opponent's stadium like Colorado did. |
HHcougar | 7 | I have a feeling that Colorado and TCU are both going to be very mid and we're gonna look back on that game like the 'Texas is Back' game. Still, Shedeur Sanders is nice with it. |

cornholesurfer | 21 | They have the receipts. Sanders is a legit Heisman contender and nobody lucks their way into a 500 yard passing game, a school record. The Buffs have serious talent and coach primes squad might just live up to the hype. |

romulusjsp | 21 | (NR) I'm not going to totally fall for the hype train yet, but the Buffs look like they have at least returned to competence and I am happy for them. They squeaked out a win against a TCU team that was probably overrated (including by me), but they have some legit pieces and will no longer be a de facto bye week in the PAC. |

texas2089 | 25 | I had the Buffs predicted as a 4 win team, maybe 5 at the top end. Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter told the nation that this team might be for real. Sanders threw for mindblowing 510 yards and 4 TDs against the national runner-up a season ago, and 2-way star Travis Hunter had 119 yards receiving to go with his incredible INT at the goal line. TCU lost a TON of production and the Buffs defense still gave up 541 yards and 42 points so definitely some things to work on, but the Deion Sanders era started off with an absolute BANG. |

JetoGrov | 3 | Yeah....we all saw. Nothing really to add, beating TCU on the road is a really good win. Have the feeling CU is going to become hated real fast due to the media coverage, but we'll see. |

throwaway_6786 | 18 | I didn't know what to think of Colorado coming into 2023. I saw a story that claimed TCU was watching 2022 game film of Jackson State instead of Colorado, which hammers home the point that the Buffs are nothing at all like their yesteryear counterparts. As a result, I'm willing to put them in the rankings after a thrilling win over TCU on the road despite a 1-11 season because of just how drastically different they are. There's a decent shot this team could be 3-0 headed into Eugene for a showdown against the Ducks. |

tcomn | 21 | I am a certified Deon not fan, but it wasn't a train wreck and the skill positions seemed to shine. Might have been against the worst defense I've ever seen from a team that was playing for a National Title a year ago. The bad lines and missed tackles by TCU make it hard to fully trust the Buffaloes this year, yet. |
