Much like Clemson, has been dominant against all inferior opponents but lacks a quality win and has a loss in the only test they've thus-far faced, although they were very competitive in that game. Lack of Tua Tagoviloa definitely affects their capabilities offensively.
Alabama without Tua is still Alabama. A weaker-than-usual defense but they've still got studs at every single position on the field. It speaks to Saban's prowess that they'll probably finish the season 12-1 with an NY6 bowl win after losing one of the most electric players in college football.
I have nothing against the Tide, but my mental health cannot take it if they are in the playoff conversation *again*. Auburn needs to deliver this ass-kicking for the people.
It's hard to rank them higher personally unless I just want to ignore actual results; maybe above Baylor maximum seems fair trying to be objective. No Tua hurts a lot of their argument though
(Computer #9: Iowa) Bama has no good wins. Period. They lost to the only good team they played. They don't have their star QB. They do not deserve to be ahead of any of the teams I have ranked ahead, and really I would place them lower than this based on which teams I think could beat them. But still 10-1 is 10-1 and they might not have good wins, but they didn't lose to Illinois.
