-5 spots (previously 3). Out of the Playoff contention for now. Still have a chance to get back in with an unbeaten remaining season and some top teams losing. Also, Tornado Alley is now renamed Cyclone Alley. |

Still have a very good win against OSU on the road and Tulane is looking better. They probably deserve to drop further for losing at home to ISU, but who should be ahead of them really? |

Iowa State pulled off the upset, but Oklahoma is still very much a threat in the Big 12. |

Perhaps I'm overreacting in dropping Oklahoma 10 spots, but I had already warned the Sooners after the Baylor game that they needed to fix their defense in order to stay at the top. Holding Ohio State to 16 now looks more like a case of bad offense than of good defense.  |

Ouch, what a rough way to have your hype train derailed. A loss to Iowa State is obviously not ideal, and the team is having some problems that are becoming apparent, and they better shape up fast because the Big XII gauntlet of Tech, Oklahoma State, and TCU in consecutive weeks is gonna be brutal. |

Oklahoma drops far in my poll after getting beat at home by Iowa State. That's a really bad loss. The teams I have above them all are undefeated or have losses to quality opponents. Oklahoma does stay somewhat high though thanks to their very good win on the road at Ohio State.  |

Okay so Oklahoma is a bit of a weird one. I feel like they should be punished a lot more than this for losing to Iowa State. But they owned Ohio State, and probably would again if they played again, and I think Ohio State would beat Notre Dame, Michigan State and Michigan (as of right now). OSU gets to play two of those teams, so that should work itself out. So I'm gonna write off that loss to Iowa State as fluky, for now. |

The upset and the fact that Baylor took them down to the wire are not good signs.  Defense is a complete and utter sieve. |

It's called a quality loss, not a lose to Iowa State after a bye week where their starting quarterback is technically a walk on. |

*breathes in* HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... but really what the hell OU? Third string QB at home?? The Poke fan in me loves this, but I feel like y'all should be better than this (obviously from the Ohio State game). I already had you almost out of the top 10 after the Baylor game and now this. I barely have you ranked because I just don't believe that you could beat most teams around you currently. Get your shit together (or don't, I enjoy it more that way) |

Though 4-1 and boasting a win over #16 Ohio State, Oklahoma really hasn't done much outside of that game; not counting OSU, Oklahoma's opponents are 5-12 against other teams, including 0-5 Baylor, 0-6 UTEP, and 3-2 Tulane, as well as an ugly loss to 3-2 ISU. |
