Oregon being better at getting sacks, and their Strength of Schedule being higher by them not playing an FCS school gave them the edge over Georgia. |

this is the only one i feel like i need to clarify on because on paper it is WILD - every team below oregon hasn't proved themselves enough to me. usc's defense still could very well pull them out of the playoffs and even out of the p12 championship because of how competitive the conference is, texas's top bragging right is a shaky win vs alabama that's looking less and less impressive every minute bama plays, penn state still looks good but not great in many facets, ohio state barely beat a notre dame team that largely looked like the better team because of a last-second shotgun rush which is an insane sentence on its own, i could keep going on. oregon proved something to me this week, and theyre one of the few teams i feel confident in banking on this year.
in summary, bo nix for heisman. |

I think there are times where we overuse superlatives like "blowout" and "beatdown". Those superlatives don't come close to describing the war crime that Oregon just committed on Colorado; "massacre" would be a better description. This game does make me wonder whether Colorado is even that good at all, but still, the Ducks deserve a healthy boost for winning as thoroughly as they did. |

They looked awesome vs. Colorado but it was clear that CU's defensive line was just not up to the task, so I feel like I learned more about them than Oregon. Holding CU to a single garbage time TD is impressive though, I still think they're a pretty capable offense |

Haha. Side note for CU: they did beat a good TCU team but after going to overtime against Colorado State and being spanked by UO, I need to see them beat another good opponent to earn a ranking. |

Arguably could be higher, but very impressive win to shut down the Deion hype for now. Three ranked games in a row to close out October will be the defining stretch of this team's season. |

Colorado looks like a bunch of FCS transfers (oh wait) but it was as convincing of a win that I've seen this season. Oregon looks legit, but I'm not going to move them up anymore until they play some stiffer competition, which they won't until they're @ Washington in three weeks. |
