Their offense seems potent enough, but isn't one of the elite offenses in the country.

stripes361	11	I considered having Notre Dame above Auburn because I really am a big fan of Ian Book but that Auburn defense is just so scary. In reality, all the teams between #8 and #13 are very close and this portion of the ballot could see a lot of flux week-to-week.

PHubbs	12	They didn't play, but I still felt uneasy for ranking them 10th last week when they looked BAD against Louisville. They've got a tune up game before their top ten test in Georgia. Also, Virginia and USC look competitive now, so this schedule got a lot harder than it looked preseason. Book should still be the best QB on the field, though, in every game minus Georgia.

ND plays New Mexico next week so they dont really have any opportunity to move up. They have a huge showdown with Georgia looming behind that, though. Winner of that game likely will be up with Clemson and LSU.
