nbingham196 Ballot for 2019 Week 3

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 8, 2019, 2:36 p.m.

Rank Team Reason
1 Clemson Tigers
Best win of any team
this year. I don't see them losing before the playoffs
2 Alabama Crimson Tide
Killed NMST by about
what you would have thought
3 LSU Tigers
2nd best win of
season. Them, Oklahoma, and Georgia are all really close. LSU gets the nudge
by having best win.
4 Oklahoma Sooners
Won by plenty against
an easy team
5 Georgia Bulldogs
Won their game
handily. Only dropped because Vandy win no longer looks as good
6 Ohio State Buckeyes
Killed a team I had
ranked 25. Looks like the first year coach shouldn't be an issue
7 Auburn Tigers
Beat a Tulane team
that looked pretty good the previous week
8 Wisconsin Badgers
Continued on their
anhiliation of lesser opponents. Will be fun to see how it continues when
they play someone good.
9 Notre Dame Fighting Irish BYE
10 Utah Utes
Had some issues with
Northern Illinois in the first half. Got it figured out by the end. Still
wouldn't be surprised if they were undefeated until at least Washington
11 Texas A&M Aggies
Put up a fight
against the best team in the country. I think they’ll upset at least one top
10 team this year
12 Michigan Wolverines
Looked pretty bad
against Army. Easily could have lost. Army is pretty good though so we shall
see if Michigan's struggles continue
13 Penn State Nittany Lions
Played poorly in
first half but figured it out and won easily
14 Michigan State Spartans
Looks like MSU might
actually be able to score. If they can manage to do that in conference play,
I think they could compete for the B1G
15 Oregon Ducks
Knocked the socks off
of a Nevada who just beat a descent Purdue team. I think 15 might be a tad
bit low but I don't think I can put them over the next couple with the loss
to Auburn
16 Texas Longhorns
Looked fine against
LSU, who looked pretty good. I think they could easily make it to the Big 12
title game
17 Maryland Terrapins
Completely dismantled
a ranked Syracuse team. I still can't quite believe they won by so much. I
can't decide if I think Syracuse was just over rated or if Maryland is legit
18 Florida Gators
Learned nothing new
this week with easy win over UT Martin
19 Boise State Broncos
Looked a bit iffy in
the first three quarters, but pulled out the win over a pretty good Marshall
team
20 UCF Knights
Beat FAU by more than
Ohio State did so that’s something. Stanford game should be good this week
21 Iowa Hawkeyes
Beat Rutgers into the
ground, but its Rutgers
22 Memphis Tigers
Beat Southern into
the ground, but its Southern
23 Washington State Cougars
Beat Northern
Colorado into the ground, but its Northern Colorado
24 Virginia Cavaliers
Beat W&M into the
ground, but its W&M
25 North Carolina Tar Heels
Now has two wins over
P5 teams. I think they might actually be good but we will see once conference
play starts  Next 5: Army (I am a coward), USC, Washington,Stanford, Syracuse
