Still feels too high with bad losses to Vanderbilt and Oklahoma, but have to weigh that against several quality wins. |

(+1) Everything seemed to work out for Alabama this past week. Seemed to be on the outside looking in after an embarrassing loss to Oklahoma, but after winning the Iron Bowl and significant chaos around them the Tide have as good of an argument as anyone to be in the CFP field. We shall see how the committee decides to evaluate a 'Bama team with great wins, but also really bad losses. |

Best 3 loss team in the country but the format could knock them out (incoming complaints but don't lose 3 games and this is a non-issue) |

LW: 14. Alabama should be in the playoffs- I said it. 3 wins over top 30 teams is near the top, if not at the top. Better losses than ole Piss, beat Georgia, which is obviously a great win. However I see the argument for the next team to be over them. Bama has 2 non top 30 losses which is not good, and that Oklahoma game was maybe the worst a top 15 team has looked all year. |

(9-3) - Alabama has a very good slate of quality wins, and did well to win against Auburn to keep their playoff hopes alive. Problem is, losing squarely to Vanderbilt and getting absolutely crushed by Oklahoma are terrible looks, and they wouldn't be in the playoff if it were up to me. Quality wins: Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri, @LSU |

[9-3] Beat Auburn. They have the single most impressive win of the 9-3 (or worse) teams over Georgia, and has a head v head over South Carolina and Missouri. Playoff bubble, but the brand (and Kalen DeBore's reputation) is doing the heavy lifting. |

Back to my SEC hate (slightly kidding). 3 loss teams in the SEC do not deserve a spot. End of story. There are numerous actually good 1 and 2 loss teams in CFB this year that do not have as near as bad of losses as Bama and these teams below. Anyone above deserves an at large spot before Bama and it is a disgrace the committee is expected to put them in. I hope they get blown out in game 1, but let's be honest the committee won't care because it keeps lining ESPNs pockets. |
