(+3) This might seem high for a two loss team but hear me out. The Crimson Tide dominated a good LSU team this weekend and have one of the toughest schedule in college football so far. I think the will get passed up in the coming weeks, as they have no more difficult games remaining, and the teams below them still have opportunities for marquee wins. |

+3, just another very good SEC team now: They have their good and bad weeks. This would’ve been a closer game under Saban, but Saban doesn’t lose to Vanderbilt |

Back into the top 10 with a big, much needed win over LSU! That tough stretch in the middle of the year has dropped out of view of your rear view mirrors at this point, and there's no better time to put the hammer down than now. |

Alabama's managed to rack up some nice wins (Georgia + two wins over 3-loss LSU/South Carolina), but their loss to Vanderbilt isn't aging well, which is holding them back considerably. It doesn't help that Georgia lost to Ole Miss as badly as they did. |

(7-2) - Alabama completed blasted LSU away. The loss to Vanderbilt is a little problematic for the Crimson Tide resume, but Alabama is bolstered by fairly strong wins against Georgia and at LSU. Quality wins: Georgia, South Carolina, Missouri, @LSU |

What an odd team. Beat Georgia, lose to Vandy. Barely beat USC, lose to Tennessee, beat Mizzou and LSU by a LOT. I cannot accurately predict where this team will end up. they could either miss the playoffs entirely or win the natty and I would not be surprised. |
