The only hiccup is a loss to Florida State, who remains just outside of the top 25. Despite that, the H2H over Alabama combined with being Ole Miss' only loss makes LSU the highest ranked 2-loss team right now. |

Alabama was 8-18 on 3rd/4th down conversions to LSU's 5-12. However, LSU had fewer penalites and capitalized on Alabama's inability to do anything in the first half. LSU's 2-pt conversion in OT to win the game is probably a top 3 play so far this season, and honestly I'm just happy we won't see Alabama in the CFP again this season. This Week at Arkansas (with a chance to clinch the SEC West if they win & Ole Miss loses to Alabama). |
