steelcitygator	19	Man I don't know about these guys.├é┬á But after last season I have trouble doubting Mike Leach.├é┬á I think he has the Cougars humming as a force in the Pac-12 title race yet again this year and therefore can't leave them off my top 25 (still need to beat Washington though).

crimsonlaw	20	Mike Leach also makes things weird. In a good way. Usually. Washington State had a great season last year, and I expect the Cougars will be scary to face all year long. True, they have to replace their QB, but Leach's system appears to be a plug-and-play system. Unfortunately, they have travel to Washington, Oregon, and Utah, and I'm not optimistic that their rushing defense has improved tremendously, so I'm betting they stumble a bit this season and fail to reach 10 wins again.
