Overall Rationale: Excited to be back for another year.  This poll was made around mid-July and tweaked a bit since then.  Preseason polls are tough since there are a ton of unknowns.  Typically I try to rank teams based on how they play and who they play but sometimes there are small exceptions.  For some reason I can't expand the reasons for each team from mobile (I'm at an airport about to go on vacation).  Formatting is weird in this overall rationale section so I'll add to the reasons section if I can when I get back from vacation.
