They may be big and boring, but Wisconsin always ends up in the Top 10 by year's end. |

Their three losses were by 7, 7, and 6 points (in overtime!) to top-ten teams.  They return their 7th ranked defense with only one major loss, and their QB situation really can't go anywhere but up....I hope. |

I might not like them, but they have a better team than last year, even if it's not quite championship caliber. It's still easily Top Ten.  |

rip Jack Cichy. The Badger defense will always be stout and the offense has a guy named Jazz Peavy on it. Compared to last year's schedule where they got Ohio State, Michigan, and pre-collapse MSU from the East, this year's is a walk through a proverbial park but the park is called the Big Ten West. |

Do people really get bothered when you abbreviate Wisconsin as "Wiscy?" I honestly would love my team's nickname to also be an amazing alcoholic beverage. |

The sneaky Badgers round out the top 10, finishing the regular season at 10-3. They lose @BYU early, and also lose @Nebraska. However, with only 1 loss in the Big 10 they represent the west over Nebraska. However, in traditional Big 10 CCG fashion, there is an ass whooping. Wisconsin is not on the giving end. |

With a considerably easier schedule than last season, now is the time for the Badgers to finally take that next step -- win the conference and a trip to the playoffs for the opportunity to secure their first national championship. Returnees QB Alex Hornibrook, TE Troy Fumagali, and WR Jazz Peavy will set the offense in motion. Even with star LB Jack Cichy out for the season due to a ACL tear, Paul Chryst's squad still hosts a talented defense equipped with their trademarked smashmouth style. |

These guys are the most unimpressively impressive team every single year. I mean, Joel Stave is like 50 yards shy of being their all time leading passer. Joel "I completely forgot about him but wasn't he like, not any good" Stave. Yet they still win, and win consistently. I wouldn't want to schedule Wisconsin if I were another teams AD, and this year is no different.  |

I love the style of football the Badgers play. When they control the clock and run the ball at will they almost always come out on top. They are a great dark-horse pick for this upcoming season, I like the badgers a lot. |

Wisconsin should be the same team it always is: smashmouth run game, elite defense, and an inconsistent passing game. The Badgers overpowered most teams on the ground last year but struggled when they encountered equally strong defenses. Alex Hornibrook will need to take a step or two forward this season if Wisconsin hopes to challenge for a CFP spot. |

Wisconsin has a *lot* of offensive improvement to do in 2017, and I think they can do most of it behind a line that returns 4 sophomores who are now juniors. I don't expect Alex Hornibrook to even be league average, and I don't expect that to matter much either. Wisconsin's defense is going to be fantastic, and their schedule is going to be easy enough that that's potentially all that they need.  |

A favorable schedule and a lot of returning talent has the Badgers set up for a potential run at a Big Ten title and spot in the College Football Playoff. |
