Overall Rationale: My general rationale for the preseason poll is built off of the final AP poll from last season.  With that as a "base", I add, remove, and re-position teams based on criteria such as: returning starters, coaching changes, team news, and my gut feelings on how the teams are.  Going forward I have a better "method" for determining my rankings since the teams will have actually played games which I can use to make my rankings better.
