After a mixed performance against vandy, I am gonna put them at 2 below Michigan. If Bowers comes back to close the season in SEC champ game/playoff, this team can beat anyone. Will be interesting to see how the UGA offense performs without him since it is sadly not a guarantee one of CFB's best players returns this season. Without Bowers in some other games this season, UGA may not be undefeated right now. |

More importantly, Georgia's marquee win over Kentucky took a serious hit with the Wildcats losing at home to Mizzou. Georgia has a bye, then a matchup with a decent Florida team. We'll see if they can take advantage of the time off. |

Do I think Georgia is the eighth-best team in the country? No. But I'm not going to award them a higher ranking unless they play and beat nationally relevant teams. |
