Overall Rationale: I'm actually pretty happy with how reasonable these results look, given how terrible the model usually is. There are some obvious outliers for teams that are being overlooked or inflated by the model (hello Miami), but these results aren't quite as deranged as in previous weeks. As always, every team is simulated playing against every other team in a home, home, and neutral series, then ranked by total wins, then skimming the top 50 teams and doing it again. Ties are broken by total point differential.
