Georgia looks built to win the national title in every year I can remember that didn't contain Tua. That has to be the most miserable Georgia twist ever. I'm so sorry Dawgs. |

Georgia beat MTSU by a wide margin. Not enough to jump Bama, but no reason to drop either. |
xelphin
|

UGA has shown nothing yet to dispute their #2 spot. Their only real test so far has been South Carolina, whom they destroyed. They likely won't see a chance to prove they have what it takes to beat Bama until they play LSU in week 7, but if they continue their path of destruction they will stay at #2.  |

256, +93, 349; UGA comes out with the biggest absolute bonus of the week, pushing the maximum of 40%. Like ISU, the model thinks SCar is bad, and like ISU, SCar has had a weather cancellation, which sets them even further behind than they would otherwise be. |

Georgia may well be a top-3 team. They've blown out all three teams they've played. But those three teams have combined to beat zero FBS opponents, so Georgia's SOS takes a big hit. |
