4 UCLA Bruins Silenced the doubters with impressive win. Best defense in the country?
5 Indiana Hoosiers So close, yet so far.
6 Notre Dame Fighting Irish Bit of a return to earth. Defense wasn’t ready for the challenge.
7 Utah Utes Neon Deion nearly stole the show. Still think they can run the table.
8 Tennessee Volunteers Good defense will always keep you in ball games.
9 Georgia Bulldogs What in the world was that? Unranked loss at home probably deserves bigger drop.
10 Alabama Crimson Tide Strange performance, but still kicked Kentucky’s butt. Thus they get the nod.
11 Kentucky Wildcats I miss you Will Stein
12 Ole Miss Rebels This team just gives meh. Expecting a big bounce back from Arch next week to drop the Rebs further.
13 Texas Tech Red Raiders I get it… I’m much lower than most. Close home win against Houston is only resume point. Otherwise, they’re in the meh category.
14 Texas Longhorns Offense looks buns. Have a feeling Arch will figure it out. Defense is going to need to pick it back up.
15 Oregon Ducks Good resume, bad eye test. Most other teams would get the benefit of the doubt with their QB on the shelf. I choose to believe.
16 Iowa Hawkeyes Feels weird that Iowa has great QB play. Jealous.
17 LSU Tigers Only 2 road games have resulted in losses. Auburn is hot… make it 3?
