Overall Rationale: I put slightly more weight on who teams have beaten rather than how good I personally think they are. Strength of schedule also plays a big role in my rankings, and I give more credit to teams that have faced tougher competition. On the other hand, I do take into account when teams choose to avoid scheduling difficult non-conference opponents.
