Overall Rationale: This is a math-based poll that considers game results, SP+, FPI, SOR, quality wins, margins, and losses in its rankings.

Each category is up to a max amount, game results go to 35, FPI & SOR+ can count for up to 15 combined, margin goes up to 20, and SOR goes up to 20. Every category then scales down to 0. These results are totaled and determine the rankings. FCS games do not count for game results or margins.
