bretticus33	12	LSU has a consistency problem. We saw it against FSU, then saw it again when they struggled to beat a not-that-good Arkansas. Jayden Daniels is a perfect example, where at his peak he’s a Heisman caliber player, but he just doesn’t hold onto that peak. LSU needs to improve before getting into the real meat of the schedule.

Due_Connection179	18	Last Week #14 vs Arkansas : Won 34 - 31. LSU could easily be 4 - 0 right now, but is also a couple plays away from being 2 - 2. They go from not being able to convert several 1st half goal line situations vs Florida State - to stomping Grambling State and Mississippi State - to needing a game winning FG with 5 seconds left to beat a pretty bad Arkansas team at home. The SEC as a whole has been down the season, and that goes into LSU (and Bama) being ranked this low, but there are enough good games were if LSU wins out then they would be in the conversation for sure (maybe even if they played Georgia close). Next Week at Ole Miss - 3 pt favorites - Prediction : lose outright

Massive win over a Ms St. team that looked a lot better last week is doing them a lot of favors, but it's possible Ms St just had a disaster game and LSU has some problems that only FSU has exposed so far.

throwaway_6786	23	That was really close for LSU, and they deserve to be dropped (slightly) for it. It was a rivalry game, but Arkansas hasn't looked like a particularly great team so far this year and they gave LSU all they could handle in Baton Rouge. LSU got some help from FSU beating Clemson, but lost some help from MSST losing to SCar.
