| dusklord1 | 17 | They were competitive with OSU for most of the game, but Sean Clifford and the defense couldn't get it done in the 4th quarter. I'd suspect Penn State is a 9-3 team this year that happens to play two of four best teams in the country. They should be favored for every game going forward and should go 10-2 with a chance at a NY6, pending Illinois' results, but we've gotten a James Franklin Special every year and I don't think that will change this year. |

PSU has the best losses (ugh) of any 2-loss team, but no real standout win. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the season unfolds in State College after losses to the two teams that PSU wants to be seen as equal with. |

Honestly thought the Nittany Lions would pull it off after their early TD in the 4th, but the Buckeyes came back with three haymakers right after (3 play 75-yard TD drive, forced fumble recovered by tOSU, then an immediate 24-yard TD pass from Stroud) to put away the game.
