Miami_da_U	14	Yeah I'm really disapointed. I think they fell into a trap game tbh with a tough road game at Iowa next. Honestly I did Not expect them to lose to one of the "lesser" teams. I thought they'd have a pretty high floor but a low ceiling, but I though they'd take care of business with the exception of maybe 1 loss. The good thing for them is they still have road games against Iowa, Michigan, and PSU to boost their stock back up. Bad thing is this does Not bode well for them if they play tOSU in the Championship game again.

TheFlyingBoat	18	Wisconsin is weaker than people think, I've been saying this for a while. Their lack of deep pools of talent makes flukes like this all the more likely. Couple this early loss with a terrible OOC schedule and you're staring at a recipe for a hard fall. Luckily for them they have an easy B1G schedule coming up with the only teams of note being Iowa, Michigan, and Penn St which could allow them to rise up the ranks if they can put together dominant wins. Hornibrook is still not a good QB.

There's still plenty of season to bury this result by other top 10 losses, but that game made me regret all of my Wisconsin hype quickly. I had them picked to win the B1G, and now I question their ability to win 2 of their next 3. Bad losses happen to top teams all the time (Iowa State over the Pokes, Oregon State over USC), but when you are the first top 10 team of the season to fall like that, your team suddenly faces a mountain of adversity to overcome.

My sense after seeing them struggle for a half against the likes of New Mexico and for the whole game against BYU, is that they aren't going to be that toothache of a team that hurts you into submission. I still favor them to win the Big Ten West, but I think their ceiling now is fringe top 10.

Three weeks in I still don't think anyone knows exactly what this BYU team is--but they're clearly not the dumpster fire they were last season. That being said, Wisconsin still had no business losing to them. One or two plays go differently and we're talking about the Badgers looking disappointing in a close victory and they're still in the top 10.
