Justanother_0	12	Look, I was pretty high on Cal going into this year and I still think they are gonna be a threat in the ACC. I say that because the performance that UCLA put on against the Bears late on Saturday was beyond impressive, and was the second best showing that a P4 team put up this weekend (behind LSU of course). Is 12 way too high? Maybe, but this UCLA team is gonna be fun to watch this year, and now they’re a dark horse candidate of mine to maybe make the trip to Indianapolis.

lowes18	18	Bob Chensey thoroughly out-coached Cal on Friday, putting together a dominate offensive performance on the road led by their high-ceiling QB Nico Iamaleava and RB Wayne Knight. While I wasn't amazed by the performance of the offensive line which at times struggled in pass protection and had a few costly penalties, the run blocking was effective and allowed UCLA to drop 45 points in their first game of the season on the road against a sell out Cal crowd. The UCLA defensive line played well too, shutting down any run game and generating a consistent pass rush although it failed to make a sack. I was also very impressed by the play of their linebackers. If UCLA can have a good defense paired with a Chensey-led offense UCLA could be a very dangerous team.

Doogitywoogity	24	I was impressed by the Bruins win over Cal and JKS who I think is really quite good. I also think Chesney is a great coach, so I’m high on this squad to make some noise throughout this season and couldn’t really find another team that impressed me for this spot. Iamaleava still has some issues and that’ll likely be one of the limiting factors for UCLA this year, but the kid still has big upside.
