Overall Rationale: I don't take the polls too seriously until after week 6 or so. My rankings will generally fluctuate wildly from week to week, depending on game outcomes. If the No. 5 team loses to the No. 2 team, the No. 5 team may drop out of the poll just due to having a loss when other teams don't. Win and you get back in. By the time week 6 rolls around, it's all gotten pretty well sorted.
