Overall Rationale: Rank swapping, with weighting from the previous ranking, margin of victory. Trained from three years of data. A small amount of noise is put into the system at the beginning to pre-swap. Monte Carlo averages should then give a rational swapped order. However, with between 0 and 2 games for every team, it is basically all noise at this point, helping only teams that played more. This will work itself out quickly, as noise is drowned out by actual swaps. This can already be seen from seeing only winners, albeit in a strange order. I understand if someone wants to remove this particular iteration.
