??????????????? I really don't think that Houston is good, so that was an embarrassing win. only slightly concerning. will need to make sure that doesn't become a trend. |

Oklahoma doesn't deserve to move up a spot. They played terrible football against a bad Houston team. However, when Michigan and Notre Dame both lose pretty badly, OU will move up temporarily. However, if OU doesn't address their offensive problems immediately, they might be out of the rankings with a loss to Tulane. |

-1, Oklahoma is lucky that everyone in this region of the poll played like crap, barely beating a Houston team that UNLV pulverized is not a good look. They did indeed win though, but they’ll need to improve if they want to look good in the SEC |

Not a great showing against what figures to be a bad Houston team. But plenty of teams dropped in the polls this week, so Oklahoma stays right about where they were last week. |

Alright, certainly one way to start 2-0. But two wins is two wins. We'll see if this style of play holds up in the SEC |

Rough performance from the Sooners, who needed a safety, an onsides punt recovery, and a late stop with less than two minutes left in the game to finally put this game away. The defense continues to be a force, but the offense will have to clean up the mistakes if they're going to put up serious points. There's no respite either as Tulane and Tennessee are next up, so Venables and Co. better get on their horse and fast or else they're in big trouble. |
