Zloggt	17	Did the 2023 Tennessee Volunteers run it back like how last year's team did? Well...no, they didn't. The Florida loss confirmed to us that they will NOT repeat last year's success. Then the Alabama game didn't go so well, and then the 1-2 punch of Missouri and Georgia near the end didn't help either! But ultimately, even a relative let down after last year's promise still ended up quite okay for Knoxville - especially after how Nico let loose on what was supposed to be a TOUGH Iowa defense in their bowl game! And with Iamaleava (commentators might need to start practicing how to pronounce that starting NOW) at the helm in a changing SEC landscape...I'm certain the Vols fans are willing to accept this good-but-not-great season for a MUCH more promising future (that we got a taste of at the "ReliaQuest" (AKA not Outback) Bowl) to come...
