crimsonlaw	9	Utah looked pretty good in their rivalry game at BYU. I'd feel comfortable putting them against anyone else in the PAC-12. And I've hit a bit of a hole here where they are no teams left I want to rank in the top 10, but I kind of have too. So Utah gets the spot.

steelcitygator	10	BYU probably grades out around upper tier G5 and its the freaking Holy War so the closish scoreline not being a bigger margin doesn't really dissuade me.├é┬á Another favorite of mine for a playoff spot and week 1 reassured me of that.

PHubbs	12	The score looks better than it should due to BYU gifting Utah several turnovers and scores. At the end of the day, though, I always respect a rivalry win, and Utah showed the teeth on their ferocious defense and controlled the game on the ground. Their ceiling is a Pac12 title. I don't know if they can sneak in the playoff, though, like I speculated preseason.

Zack Moss was a bright spot and there is plenty of time for Utah to get right, but they didn't look like serious conference contenders in Week 1.
