I thought Tulane was going to do more in this game, but oh well. Good win for the sooners, Going into SEC play for the first time. This is where the fun begins. Tennessee v Oklahoma next week is going to be a great game |

The Sooners looked much better against a great Tulane squad that nearly beat K State the week before. This game was not as close as I thought it would be. Their defense really shined through against a really well coached team and their offense showed up compared to the previous week against Houston. |

(3-0) - Can the Sooners defense, star of the Sooners' show, hold up well against Tennessee? Time will tell. |

Nice win over Tulane who gave Kansas State a scare last week. Still not as impressive to me as Kansas State’s win this week

The win against Tulane wasn't bad at all, and combined with their victory against Houston, it's enough for me to put them in the top 15. |

Tulane looks to be a decent G5, but that's still not too encouraging for the Sooners, although the defense once again came up big late when they had to. Tennessee is a different animal though, so the Oklahoma offense will have to be on their game when their most recent national champion QB comes to town coaching against them. |

Oklahoma is 3-0 and talented, but that is about all that is good you can say about the Sooners. The OL might be the worst in P5 and was allowing pressures to Temple. Credit where credit is due for a gritty win over a solid Tulane team. I can't justify not including the sooners as they are undefeated, however I can't justify ranking them any higher because I have no confidence in their OL's ability to create space and protect the QB. |
