| Dawg-Bite | 18 | North Carolina has been flirting with disaster for weeks and their best win to show for it is Wake Forest. They finally lost to Georgia Tech of all times and despite them having 1 less loss than Notre Dame they lost head 2 head decisively and I’m not confident in this team. I did however throw them a bone and kept them ahead of Florida State because I feel they deserve to be the 2nd highest ranked team in their conference after making the ACC title. |
