Overall Rationale: In general, my methodology will be to rank teams based on what they have accomplished and not based on who I think would win. I can expand more on this on my ballots once the season has started. However, for preseason, I'm just going to rank teams based on how likely I think it is that they'll end up doing well enough to be ranked on a hypothetical midseason ballot. Since it's preseason, I'm not spending forever double checking it, so sorry if I accidentally missed an obvious team!
