Overall Rationale: Traditional voting - I'm a long-time college football fan.

1 Georgia Bulldogs Has been the most consistent team in college football over the past 5 years. However, an easy schedule means a loss at the wrong time could be enough to keep them out of the CFP.
2 Michigan Wolverines Has been inching up to the top.
3 Alabama Crimson Tide Most consistent top-4 preseason team since Florida State in the 1990's.
4 Ohio State Buckeyes Tough schedule means at least one loss.
5 LSU Tigers Probably the SEC third wheel for the CFP.
6 Penn State Nittany Lions Usually the Big Ten third wheel for the CFP.
7 Tennessee Volunteers Can their luck hold out this year?
8 Clemson Tigers No longer in a weak division, may get beaten by Florida State in ACC.
9 Utah Utes A third straight Pac-12 title will give them momentum in a new conference (with an old foe, BYU) in 2024.
10 Notre Dame Fighting Irish The luck of the Irish will give them one big win.
11 USC Trojans The school that is most responsible for the Pac-12's (possible) demise has something to prove.
12 Florida State Seminoles Are they ready to topple Clemson in the ACC?
13 TCU Horned Frogs Was very, very lucky in 2022 until the end.
14 Kansas State Wildcats Always overlooked, may win Big-12 again.
15 Texas A&M Aggies I can't believe Jimbo Fisher has fallen this far so quickly.
16 Ole Miss Rebels I believe Lane Kiffen has peaked in yet another school.
17 North Carolina Tar Heels Looking for a new conference to shine in; Mack Brown has been surprisingly look in his return.
18 Oregon Ducks Another school which already misses the Pac-12.
19 Michigan State Spartans Will have at least one surprise win.
20 Texas Tech Red Raiders Will beat either OU or Texas as they go out the Big 12 door.
21 Oklahoma Sooners Will beat Texas, lose to Oklahoma State.
22 Texas Longhorns Everyone will be trying to kick the Longhorns as they go out the door, as in 2024 they will finally be in a conference they can't dominate.
23 Miami Hurricanes Never belonged in ACC, but may be stuck there.
24 Wisconsin Badgers Camp Randall makes them consistent winners in a tough conference.
25 Baylor Bears They may miss the old Big 12 more than any other school.
