Overall Rationale: Given that it's a preseason poll and there's 0 results outside of vibes, camp rumors, and guesstimating how good or bad certain recruits or transfers will be... there's not much I can go off of aside from poll & team momentum from last year. That and some recent history of programs + their schedules. Hopefully some results will make these polls better than the educated guess it currently is... Here's knowing it'll look really silly by the end of the year...
