1 Georgia Bulldogs Back to Back Champs.
2 Michigan Wolverines Blake Corum and Donovan Edwards combine for the best RB duo in the country and Harbaugh will be trying to get over the next hump as HC of the Wolverines.
3 Ohio State Buckeyes Proved to still be one of the best teams despite losing to Georgia. Still a question mark at QB but MHJ will likely be a Heisman candidate regardless of whoever plays QB. I also can't justify them over UM after the last 2 years.
4 USC Trojans Returning Heisman and adding Kliff Kingsbury should be able to bump USC up to a playoff team which I think is a must for USC this year assuming Caleb WIlliams is gone by next year.
5 LSU Tigers Were able to knock off Bama last season to win the West and return 13 starters from that team. They also brought in a heavy amount of transfers that should be able to improve the team as they try and make another SEC Championship.
6 Alabama Crimson Tide Lost a ton of starters from a team that failed to make the conference championship. Obviously not a major problem because of how good Bama has been in Saban's era and they should still be fighting to get back to the #1 spot.
7 TCU Horned Frogs Lost Garret Riley to Clemson and Max Duggan to the NFL but will look to get back to last season's level after a disappointing finish.
8 Penn State Nittany Lions Drew Allar will still have to prove he is an elite QB and can lead Penn State but I believe James Franklin will coach this team to be great and will have them competing with Ohio State and Michigan for a spot in the Championship when November rolls around.
9 Utah Utes Have proven to be an elite team the last 2 seasons despite losing the Rose Bowl both years. I believe Cam Rising has the potential to be a dark horse in the Heisman race butb he will have to prove it on the field.
10 Clemson Tigers Garrett Riley is a great addition to the staff and Dabo will have a chip on his shoulder to get Clemson back to where they were as a perennial CFP Contender.
11 Florida State Seminoles
12 Oregon Ducks
13 Tennessee Volunteers
14 Kansas State Wildcats
15 Ole Miss Rebels Return 13 starters going into Lane Kiffin's 4th season and both co-offensive coordinators 2nd season as Ole Miss tries to return to a NY6 Bowl. They still need to find out their QB for the season but Dart or Sanders should be good enough to lead Ole Miss to a contending season.
16 Washington Huskies
17 Notre Dame Fighting Irish
18 Tulane Green Wave
19 Wisconsin Badgers Luke Fickell and Tanner Mordecai should be great additions and Wisconsin will definitley be looking to make it to the B1G Championship out of the west.
20 Texas Longhorns
21 Oklahoma Sooners
22 Troy Trojans
23 Maryland Terrapins Taulia should be making strides towards becoming a great QB and Maryland will definitely be a sleeper team in the B1G East.
24 Arkansas Razorbacks Sam Pittman will be heading into his 4th year of coaching at Arkansas and brought in Travis Williams from UCF who I think will do well coaching Arkansas' defense. KJ Jefferson is in his final season and will be looking to lead Arkansas past expectations.
25 James Madison Dukes Came up from FCS last year and were one of the best teams in the Sun Belt and will be looking to prove that they are legit contenders in the conference despite their ineligibilty for postseason play. (Next 5: OrSt, UNC, TAMU, Iowa, UF)
