Overall Rationale: My primary criteria are record (duh), strength of schedule with quality wins against other good teams, and margin of victory. Strength of schedule is very important to me. I would penalize teams for playing cupcake non-conference schedules and not playing the best teams in their own conference. For example, I would not have ranked 2015 Iowa very highly for beating up on the worst teams in the B1G and dodging OSU and Michigan.
