PumpSmash 11 NC State has yet to play a conference opponent, which is fine. They have a solid win against Texas Tech, and next week they'll go into their southern brother to try to knock off Clemson. I think they have it in them, but it'll take everything they have. Best of luck!

bretticus733 12 NC State took care of UConn the way a ranked team should take care of the Huskies. The biggest game of the season is coming up now for NC State with a trip to Clemson coming up. A win there could legitimize the hype they had as preseason ACC favorites.

nw____ 16 I am pretty sure they're overrated but am not going to be too hard on them until they actually manage to drop a game. I am also pretty sure that the team they play next week is overrated, so the nice thing for me is that I'll get to drop (or even unrank) a team I don't believe in no matter what (well, barring some kind of a classic where both teams actually look good... or if a bunch of other teams lose... or something... maybe I shouldn't get my hopes up).

Due_Connection179 12 Rough start to the season with a 1-pt road win over East Carolina. Beat a layup in Charleston Southern 55-3, then defeated (my #30) Texas Tech showing solid defense holding that Red Raider offense to 14 pts. Knocked another layup out of the way in UConn, and we now have #12 NC State at #5 Clemson for the Primetime ABC game next week. I have a feeling this game is what will decide the Atlantic, but I'm trying not to get too ahead of myself with it only being week 5.

Dawg-Bite 18 Idk what to think of NC State rn. I thought they had top 10 potential to start the season, but they almost and maybe even should have lost to ECU. After that game tho they’ve been dominating against below average teams and beat a decent Texas Tech team. Does that really make them top 15 or top 10 tho rn? The Clemson game will be the answer.
