thatoneguyD13 Ballot for 2022 Week 5

Ballot Type: Human

Submitted: Sept. 25, 2022, 9:44 a.m.

Overall Rationale: Expected results/Resume, leaning more heavily on the latter at the season progresses

Rank Team Reason
Georgia Bulldogs They looked mortal against Kent State, but they're still #1
Alabama Crimson Tide
Ohio State Buckeyes
Michigan Wolverines
Clemson Tigers I don't know how good WF is, but a tough road win against a conference foe doesn't ever hurt.
USC Trojans Ditto.
Oklahoma State Cowboys
Penn State Nittany Lions Auburn beating Mizzou helps
Kentucky Wildcats A scare against NIU, we'll see how they fare against Ole Miss.
NC State Wolfpack Tech win helps a lot. We'll see how they do against Clemson next week.
Tennessee Volunteers Nice win over Florida, two good P5 wins so far.
Washington Huskies
Florida State Seminoles Louisville win looks even better now.
Oregon Ducks Tough win against a really good Cougs team. BYU win still looks good.
Minnesota Golden Gophers Leaders in the B1G west. Great win over Sparty
Kansas State Wildcats Tulane losing makes their loss worse, but a big road win over OU and their murder of Mizzou are both a big plus.
Oklahoma Sooners They looked a lot better against Kent State than Georgia did, but...
Utah Utes Loss to Florida hurts but they've kicked butt since.
Texas A&M Aggies I have no idea. They've looked bad, Miami is a worse opponent than thought, App State beat them and is a 2-loss non P5, but they did manage to beat Arkansas, so i guess they're here.
Arkansas Razorbacks Bad loss, but win against Cincy still a plus for them.
BYU Cougars Wyoming is no pushover, and that Baylor win helps too.
Kansas Jayhawks Still not a coward. But seriously, that Duke win was fairly impressive.
Baylor Bears
Texas Tech Red Raiders
Louisville Cardinals Huge win against a team that nearly beat Florida. Ole Miss, Wash St, Syracuse, Florida, Oregon State, and James Madison were also considered.
