Overall Rationale: Just a crazy (or is it?) computer poll, win record likelihood-based. I've run it on past seasons, and it will look better in a week or two. Debated submitting this one vs. some other more "normal" looking one. In general the computer rewards overachievers and punishes underachievers. It gets screwy when there's not enough data to form good power rankings that it uses to compute record probabilities.
