I still feel like Arkansas is the better football team, but as I've said a couple of times about the Razorbacks this season, they lack the killer instinct to finish some of these games and end up in a close game that didn't need to be. KJ Jefferson’s inexplicably stupid dive from the 5 that resulted in a fumble and A&M TD changed the momentum of the game and their kicker missed the go-ahead FG by hitting the very top of the upright. Arkansas is a good team, but it’s not without flaws and getting a bit more out of the passing game is a top priority. |

But their defense has GOT to pull it together. They play Alabama next, and luckily they get them at home. I think Arkansas will be fired up for revenge and will definitely give Alabama trouble. If they can get pressure on Bryce Young defensively, then they could absolutely pull off a win. |

Very weird almost upset vs Missouri State where Arkansas looked like the worse team outside of the last few minutes, then that mud-crawl of a game at Texas A&M that ended in a 2-pt loss. They host #2 Alabama this week (2:30p on CBS) and if they hang with Bama, they probably will still be ranked going into next week depending on what the teams #26-33 in my rankings do. |
